Can I be in the photos?

• Absolutely! We specialize and focus on your pet, so the treats and squeaks are intended for them. For the most effective photo, please wear solid, neutral colors. If more than one person will be in the photo, please be sure your clothes are the same tone and please try to avoid patterns.

How long does a session last?

• Typically sessions are about an hour. We can go beyond the allotted time if needed, however, after 2 hours your pet is most likely done posing.

What if we are scheduled to shoot outside and the weather is bad?

• Rescheduling due to weather happens and is not subject to the 24 hour cancellation policy. We can either reschedule or relocate the session if needed.

Do you photograph in a studio?

• At this time all sessions are done only on location. Less stressed pets take better pictures and are much easier to work with. If you are trying to achieve a more formal portrait, just let us know. We will bring the studio to you with back drops and lights. We try to avoid the startling effect of flash, using natural light if possible.

Can I have more than one pet in the photo?

• We don’t charge more for the second pet. It is important to remember that it may take more time with more animals.

Is there a minimum purchase?

• There is never a minimum purchase and you are never obligated to purchase a package. All items are purchased individually and paid for at the time of purchase.

Do you offer other products?

• We offer a variety of photo gifts in addition to standard prints.

When will I receive my pictures?

• Within 2 weeks an online gallery is provided where you will be able to browse the pictures at your leisure. Your gallery will remain available for 45 days. Ordering is done online and your order should be received within 2 to 3 weeks. Please allow more time during peak holiday season. Proof sheets can be ordered at the time of the session should you not have internet access. The online ordering is secure, however, orders may be placed with me personally for any reason.

If my pictures are online can everyone see them?

• No, we respect your privacy. Individual photo sessions are password protected and only those with your password can enter your gallery. Event photos are generally open galleries and not password protected. You may share your password with friends and relatives to allow them access to your gallery.

Why are the prints more expensive than at local retail establishments?

• Your pictures are printed on high quality Kodak E-Surface, Endura Metallic or Ilford's True B&W paper, designed to last for 100 years. Prints are also lustre coated. The coating protects against finger prints, UV rays and ordinary environmental exposure. In addition to a higher quality paper, there is considerable time spent in the digital darkroom to achieve the perfect picture for you.

Are special effects available?

• Occasionally we run into some great opportunities for special effects and will make those pictures available to you at no additional charge in your gallery. Conversion of any photo to black and white or sepia is always available at no additional charge. Upon reviewing your gallery, if you would like additional editing please ask, there is no charge for minor touch ups.

Do you offer any specials or packages?

• All prints are sold individually, however, quantity discounts are available. You may also ask about current coupons and monthly or event specials.

Is there anything else I should know?

• Because we are handling your pets at times we do request a copy of current rabies vaccine.
